Corrections and factual errors
Found a pricing figure that doesn't match the vendor's page? A feature claim that's no longer accurate? Send specifics — we re-test and update usually within a week.
Request a tool review
We review tools readers actually want reviewed. If a product keeps coming up in reader mail, it moves up our queue. Tell us what you want us to test and why.
Billing problems with an affiliate purchase
Always start with the vendor's support team — they resolve 95% of issues faster than we can. If they can't help, forward the thread to us and we'll escalate.

PR pitches and press releases
We don't publish based on pitches. We test tools we notice in the wild or that readers ask about. Adding us to a distribution list won't help.
Sponsored content and paid placements
We don't take sponsored posts, partner content, "syndication deals", or any paid placement. This policy has no exceptions and is not negotiable.
Link exchanges and guest posts
We don't accept guest contributions, link trades, or outreach SEO campaigns. If you email about "a mutually beneficial partnership", expect no reply.
Free tool access in exchange for a review
We pay retail for every tool we review. Thank you for offering — we'll decline.
