1. Agreement
By accessing or using deevidreview.com ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Continued use means continued acceptance.
2. What the site is, and isn't
The site publishes editorial reviews, comparisons, tutorials, and opinion pieces about AI creative software. Every piece of content is for informational purposes only.
Nothing on this site constitutes:
- Professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.
- An offer to sell, resell, or distribute any third-party software.
- A warranty or guarantee from the makers of the products we review.
- Employment, agency, or contractual relationship with any vendor we write about.
Make your own purchasing decisions based on your own circumstances. We're one data point, not a prescription.
3. Affiliate links
Many outbound product links are affiliate links (marked with rel="sponsored"). If you purchase through one of these links we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Full details on our affiliate disclosure page.
Our editorial positions are independent of affiliate relationships (see our testing methodology). That said, we are an affiliate partner for Deevid AI and several other tools referenced on the site. Treat our reviews as editorial opinion from an affiliated-but-independent source, not impartial arbitration.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission (short quotations with attribution are fine and encouraged).
- Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal service.
- Misrepresent our content, ratings, or conclusions in a manner likely to mislead.
- Circumvent security or rate limits.
- Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (text, design, code, and any original media) is © Deevid Review unless otherwise noted. Third-party product names, trademarks, and logos referenced in reviews belong to their respective owners and are used for factual identification only.
You may quote short excerpts (under 300 words) with attribution and a link back to the source page. For longer reuse or syndication, email hello@deevidreview.com.
6. Third-party links and content
We link to third-party websites, vendors, and services. Once you click an outbound link, you leave our site and we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or pricing of the destination. Review their own terms before transacting.
7. No warranty
The site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific product mentioned will perform as our review suggests for your particular use case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, the content, or any purchase made through an outbound link, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you're dissatisfied with a product you bought through an affiliate link, your recourse is with the vendor under their terms. We are happy to help escalate genuinely unresolved issues. See our contact page.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page and dated below. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
